“Connecting leaders throughout our community”
On Wednesday, October 11, 2006, the Asian American Institute (AAI) held
our first annual Connections' Casual Cocktail Networking event. This
event was dedicated to AAI's Board Members and past Milestone Benefit
Sponsors. With nearly 90 people in attendance representing Asian American
leaders from the corporate, small business, non profit, ,governmental,
and academic industries, the event was a great success. Everyone enjoyed
art, music, food, and drinks while connecting with old friends and new
colleagues. The event wrapped up with 3 raffle winners and 10 networking
winners with 25 connection matches just edging out 2 other
groups.
